Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors for the 2023/24 Financial Year will be held in the Function Centre at the Recreation Ground (Amenities Building), Forrest Street, Beverley on TUESDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2024, commencing at 10:30am.

As per Section 5.5 of the Local Government Act 1995 copies of the 2023/24 Annual Report are available from the Shire Administration Office, located at 136 Vincent Street Beverley, during normal office hours or on the Shire website.
To enable staff time to adequately research answers to questions, it would be appreciated if such enquires could be lodged at the Shire Office at least seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
