Council Meetings
Ordinary Council Meetings are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, commencing at 3:00pm with the exception of September where the meeting will be held on the fourth THURSDAY.
Ordinary Council Meetings are open to the public who are welcome to attend. Please be at the Shire Office at 2:50pm to fill out an attendance form prior to the meeting beginning.
Public Question Time is near the start of each meeting where members of the public can ask a maximum of three questions of the Council. Anyone wishing to direct a question to Council that may require research is encouraged to give prior notice so the information can be available at the meeting. If these questions cannot be readily answered during the meeting, the Council will take the question on notice and respond either by letter or at the next meeting.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre, 136 Vincent Street, Beverley. Meetings will continue until all business has been addressed.
Register of Declaration of Interests
Shire of Beverley Register of Declarations of Interests
The Register of Declarations contains disclosures of interests that have been made by Elected members and employees at Shire of Beverley Council and Commitee Meetings, in accordance with s5.60 of the Local Government Act 1995.
Interests that need to be declared include financial interests, proximity interests and interest that may affect impartiality.
The Shire’s online register starts at 1 July 2021 and will be updated on a monthly basis. Any disclosures made prior to 1 July 2021 are contained in hard copy Interest Registers that are available for public inspection during the Administrations opening hours, alternatively details of disclosures are also recorded in the minutes of the various Council and Committee meetings, which are also available on the Shire’s website.
