Rubbish Disposal
The Shire of Beverley operates a weekly household rubbish collection service for properties within the Beverley Townsite. Bin day is every Friday. The introduction of recycle bins for residential use was implemented in January 2013 and is conducted on a fortnightly basis. Please note: weekly collection can be affected by some public holidays, alternative collection days will be advertised.

Beverley Landfill Site
The Shire operates a rubbish landfill facility in Nicholas Street, Beverley.
The facility is open
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm and
Monday: 8:00am - 3:30pm.
Please note: The landfill site is closed Christmas Day and at times when a Harvest/Vehicle Movement Ban (HVMB) has been declared.
The site is now manned during operating hours to assist in the disposal of a wide range of household waste.
The disposal of asbestos is by prior appointment only. An appointment can be made by phoning the Shire Office on 9646 1200 (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm).

In order to reduce the amount of waste entering the landfill, the Shire is active in diverting materials that can be recycled, such as glass, cardboard, paper and steel.
