Planning

The Shire of Beverley regulates development in the Shire in accordance with the requirements of Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and the supporting Local Planning Strategy.

These documents guide the development, subdivision and use of land throughout the Shire.

The Planning Department is keen to assist residents and prospective developers with any queries they may have in regards to any of the town planning scheme requirements or any other town planning matter.

Local Heritage Survey 2023 

The Local Heritage Survey was adopted by Council in May 2023.

Beverley Airfield Precinct

At the Ordinary Council Meeting, 31 October 2023, Council resolved to "Proceed with the Local Planning Policy - Beverley Airfield Precinct, with modification.
