PUBLIC NOTICE

SHIRE OF BEVERLEY LOCAL LAW

In accordance with s3.12(5) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Beverley gives public notice that the Council of the Shire of Beverley resolved on 24 June 2026 to commence making the following local law for the district.

Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2026

The purpose is to provide for the establishment of a bush fire brigade for carrying out normal brigade activities.

The effect of this local law is to establish bush fire brigades that will be organised and managed in accordance with this local law.
