ROAD CLOSURES

LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997, SHIRE OF BEVERLEY

PROPOSAL TO CLOSE A SECTION OF HUNT ROAD, A SECTION OF MANN STREET & BLANCHARD STREET, BEVERLEY

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act, 1997, that the Shire of Beverley is considering the permanent closure of sections of Hunt Road, Blanchard & Mann Streets between De Lisle & Taylor Streets, Beverley.

Plans explaining the proposed road closures are available for inspection at the Shire of Beverley, 136 Vincent Street Beverley, and will be open for inspection during office hours 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.

Submissions on the road closures may be made in writing and lodged with Stephen Golllan, Chief Executive Officer within 35 days from the date of the publication in The West Australian newspaper, Wednesday 25th April 2012.
