The Shire operates the Beverley Retirement Village located on Hunt Road.

The 10 self-contained single bedroom units (air conditioned) are unfurnished with a private court yard.

Each unit has access to a secure storage area and a single carport.

These units provide an independent lifestyle for the retirees in our community.

The weekly rental is currently $90.00 as per the 2009/10 Budget.
