Recreation
Beverley is well served by sporting and recreation facilities. The main sporting ground is located on Forrest Street, housing the football/cricket oval and amenities/club rooms. Situated nearby are the Beverley Bowling Club and Beverley Tennis Club grounds and rooms. These clubs are operated by groups independent of the Shire.
The sporting ground is home to the annual Beverley Agricultural Show, which is held in August each year.
Within a short walking distance is the Beverley Memorial Swimming Pool. Located on John Street, it boasts a 50m long main pool, 2 toddler's pools and a diving board. The pool is open from November until April each year. Opening hours are:

Other sporting events and facilities available in the town include the 18-hole golf course, the Beverley Pony Club and various motor sports held at the old racecourse on the town limits.
