The Shire provides a number of facilities that are available for hire to groups or individuals.

All bookings are to be made to the Shire Office. All payments are due prior to the date of the booking.

Details of discounts on the quoted charges for community and sporting groups or for charitable purposes are available upon request.

Community Bus

The Shire's 28 seater Community Bus is available to hire for private and community functions. The charge is $0.90 per kilometre inc GST. The driver must hold a current 'HV' (old 'B') Class Drivers License.

Town Hall

The 1938 Town Hall and Lesser Hall in Vincent Street are available to hire for groups, meetings and parties. The complex is suitable for a wide variety of events. Past events include large parties and gatherings, indoor sports, concerts, theatre productions and cinema. The complex includes a large fully appointed kitchen with chairs and tables also available.

Please contact the Shire for costings to hire either the Lesser Hall or the Town Hall.

NB:  The Town Hall is currently out of commission due to ceiling repairs.  We will advise when it  becomes available for hire.

Amenities Building

The Amenities Building is located at the Beverley Sporting Ground in Forrest Street. This building is suitable for medium sized functions of up to 100 people. Weather permitting, the large verandahs allow for larger gatherings. A fully appointed kitchen is located within the building.

Marquee and PA System

A marquee and PA System are available for hire from the Shire. Hire costs for the marquee are $28.00 per day. The PA System is charges at $68.00 per day. All charges include GST.
