The 10 self-contained single bedroom units (air conditioned) are unfurnished with a private court yard.
Each unit has access to a secure storage area and a single carport.

The weekly rental is currently $130.00 as per the 2016/17 Schedule of Fees and Charges.

The Dawson Street Villas are two new, architect designed, high quality, spacious
